Elizabeth Bolognino Interiors has proven time and time again that their designs are ones of quality, insight, and luxury. With three offices in the United States, owner and principal designer Elizabeth has opportunities to work across the States and even internationally. Her firm executes traditional to contemporary styles, although many of her clients love transitional interiors. Whatever style her clients prefer, Elizabeth uses the layered minimalism method which is able to enhance many different design aesthetics.

Elizabeth and her team always want their clients to walk into their home’s fresh interior and feel empowered by the “why” of the space. For the owners of this East Coast home, the “why” extended to the architecture itself.

Architect Bates Masi designed this house to literally be a barometer for the wind, an important element for the residents who were wind surfers. The house’s location was even settled close enough to the water to provide quick travel when wind surfing conditions were right.

The team at Elizabeth Bolognino Interiors was hired to infuse refined character into the space while not overwhelming the gorgeous exterior. One of the ways they mastered this was by an intentional use of color in bold ways, such as the yellow dining chairs and the ocean blue rug in the living room. As a whole, the home is a perfect balance of indoor-outdoor living.
