Striving to create beautiful and practical homes, Rajni Alex Design starts with the desires and needs of their clients in mind. Their designs are not a one-size-fits-all style; instead, the client and architecture dictate the aesthetic. The role Rajni Alex Design undertakes is to ensure that all elements of a space work together in harmony.

Rajni Alex founded her firm in 2010 after working for talented designer Brian J. McCarthy. She now has two offices, one in Bronxville, NY, and the other in Boca Raton, FL. Rajni has experience in numerous design styles, but her favorite is modern eclectic with a little edge to it.

The residents of this house came to Rajni with a challenge: to create a home that had wow factor while simultaneously designing it to be functional and practical. To accomplish their dream, she focused on every small detail to make it special. A few of those details were the white fluted fireplace wall, the brass metal hood over the kitchen’s stove, and the bathroom designed to exude the serenity of a spa.

At the project’s completion, Rajni and her team found themselves in love with the new powder room and its jewel room effect. Another of her favorite elements was the custom metal partition wall—a truly unique addition to the home. Overall, the project was yet another brilliant show of harmonious design by Rajni Alex Design.
